Healthy to age 80 and beyond

With the state of our health care we try not going to the doctor even if we have a sports injury or accident injury. As we grow older our health could be the most important aspect of our lives. Our bodies are like a machine or a car even. If you provide them with the right feul and service them on regular bases they can last a long time! I was raking the leaves at home for a couple of hours and the next day I could hardly lift my left arm. I caused a muscle tear in my shoulder!
My father had problems with his back and because he didn't take care of it when he was younger it caused pinched nerves and he wound up with numbness in both feet. Do you have joint stiffness? How about swelling joints? Do you walk funny because your hips worn out? As we get older our ligaments aren't as flexible. How is your energy level? Are you feeling weak all the time?
